Returns & Replacements

We want you to absolutely love your Caze. If something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’re here to make it right.

1. How do I start a return?

If you don’t love your item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Email myorder@buildacaze.com with:

Subject: Return – [Your Order Number]

In the email include:

1. The item you would like to return

2. A short reason for the return

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and we cover return shipping.

2. My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?

Email myorder@buildacaze.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We replace the exact same item. Replacement shipping is covered by us.

3. How long does it take to see my refund?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

4. Want 10% More? Choose Store Credit

Choose store credit instead of a refund and we’ll add a 10% bonus to your return total.
