Building Your Caze
How does Build a Caze work?
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Start with one of our phone cases (or keep your own), choose your BAC adapters, and pick your favorite accessories to hang.
Mix, match, and make it yours!
Do I need a Build a Caze phone case?
Nope! You can use your own. Just make sure it's compatible with the adapters and accessories you choose.
Can I change my accessories whenever I want?
Of course! That's the fun part. Swap your Charmies, Strappies, and Caze Chains to match your outfit, mood, or whatever you're feeling.
Adapters & Compatibility
What's a Plastic Thingy?
It's our handy adapter that lets you hang accessories from your phone case without glue. Just insert it through your case's charging-port opening.
What's a Heart Dangly Thingy?
A cute little heart-shaped attachment that lets you hang accessories from your case. It's an adhesive option for compatible smooth, non-porous surfaces.
For the product to stick correctly, it needs to be on a PLAIN CASE, they will not stick properly on matte silicon cases.
Will your accessories work with my phone?
Our hanging accessories work with many plain phone cases when paired with a BAC adapter.
The adhesive from the Dangly Thingy will not stick properly to matte silicon cases.
Please check your case and our adapter compatibility before ordering.
Can I use more than one accessory?
Absolutely! Layer as many Charmies, Caze Chains, and Strappies as you want to create your own combo. Go as bold as you like!

What's the difference between Charmies, Strappies, and Caze Chains?
Charmies are mini decorations for your phone, Strappies are wristlets or longer straps, and Caze Chains are statement accessories you can hang from your case or other belongings.
What is a Mystery Charmie/Strappy?
A little surprise! You'll receive one randomly selected Charmie or Strappy from our eligible mystery collection. The design is a surprise and can't be chosen.
How do I care for my accessories?
Handle your accessories with care and avoid prolonged exposure to water, harsh chemicals, and excessive force.
Clean gently with a soft cloth.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the USA. Orders are processed from Texas. Thanks for supporting our US shop!
How long does shipping take?
Orders have a prep time of 1 to 2 business days.
Estimated delivery within the US is then 3 to 5 business days, with an express 2-day shipping option at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! All our products include a three-month warranty for manufacturing issues.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It doesn't cover damage from drops, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
